A baby son for the Directors of Temples Northwich

It’s been a busy summer so far for letting specialist Temples in Northwich, with the appointment of a new member of staff, another successfully completing a qualification and a brand new addition to the family!

Landlords will be pleased to hear that the lettings market has retained its buoyancy. With an increasing number of lets week on week, market leaders Temples is projecting record-breaking figures for 2011. Proof of this can be seen at the Northwich office, where a seventh member of staff has joined their expanding team. Hollie Smith has been appointed as Accounts Administrator and will be responsible for managing all aspects of finance within the office.

Temples are also celebrating the success of Nicola Buckley, Lettings Manager, who has completed an NFoPP (National Federation of Property Professionals) Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management. This nationally recognised industry qualification is raising standards throughout the industry. Temples recognises the value of professional qualifications to ensure a sound working knowledge of both the job and of best practice to succeed in the industry.

Director Natalie Williams, who has an NFoPP Diploma in Residential Letting and Management, making her one of the most highly qualified letting agents in Britain says “I am thrilled Nicola’s hard work has paid off. It’s not only a achievement for her, but evidence of our professionalism as an agency, showing our clients that they are dealing with someone who is knowledgeable and who they can trust to do a good job”.

Company Owners Gary and Natalie Williams, are also pleased to announce a new addition to their family. Eager to enter the world, Jamie John Williams, little brother to Sophie, arrived 3 weeks earlier than expected, weighing a respectable 5lb 1oz. Temples Northwich is in its sixth year of business and the team are excited for what the rest of 2011 will bring.
