About the Nantwich Office
Roy Kitchen and his wife Robbie established Temples in 2001 with the opening of their first office in Nantwich – the town’s first specialist residential letting and management agency.
The couple established a strong reputation and the business grew on the back of referral from existing landlords and tenants. Today Temples Nantwich employs ten members of staff and serves hundreds of landlords who let property in Nantwich and throughout south west Cheshire and North Shropshire.
In 2003 Roy and Robbie realised their unique approach to property letting and management had greater potential and decided to grow the business.
They established the Chester office with Kevin Swire in 2003 before setting up the Crewe office with Alex Kemp in January 2007. In Spring 2006 their daughter Natalie and her husband Gary opened the Northwich office, which continues to thrive.
Like all the Temples team, Roy and Robbie are meticulous in their approach to customer care. Because they’re specialists in what they do, and independent so not linked to a national franchise, they are able to flex their service according to customer needs, acting as trusted advisors throughout.
