Please get me the quotes and summary of work that needs doing. What I would like to do is get an understanding of the full costs and the relative urgency of each piece of work. Then if I have to phase the work I can make sure it’s prioritized. Normally these would have been dealt with as and when they arose, but due to lack of care from (Nantwich letting agent|) there has been a build up and so I will be hit with all costs at once. At least I know I made the right decision to move on!

I’m glad you got their problem with the washer resolved so swiftly, but in doing so you also made sure I didn’t incur any unnecessary expense, in so much that no fault was found with the washer/dryer unit.
