Alex oversees the entire business, and carries out landlord appointments, checkouts, marketing and business development. A property investor landlord, undertaking the Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Management, Alex sets high standards for himself and his team. With over 20 years’ experience in estate and letting agency, the wealth of knowledge he has acquired is simply invaluable to the success and continuing growth of Temples Crewe.
Marie Varga – Business Development Manager
Marie is responsible for property viewings, enquiries, tenancy renewals and business development. She is a highly motivated individual and a specialist in legal aspects of tenancy. She has worked at Temples for nearly five years and enjoys the variety of the job. Her confident and outgoing personality makes her ideal for promoting properties to tenants and to handle any difficult situations that may arise in the office.
Abi Taylor – Lettings Administrator
Due to commence the Technical Award in Residential Letting and Management, Abi manages the tenant referencing and credit checking process, property readiness, tenancy preparation, check-ins and deposit returns. Abi is an extremely personable member of the team, making her well-loved among landlords and tenants alike. She is a quick learner, and is building her knowledge and confidence in residential lettings all the time.
Rachael-Anne Lightbrown – Property Maintenance Administrator
Currently studying for a degree in psychology, Rachael-Anne oversees all aspects of property management and is responsible for repairs and maintenance, inspections, gas and electric safety certificate renewals, and backup checkout reporting. She is very organised and punctual, and has particular attention to detail, which are all ideal qualities for her role as a property administrator. She is fully aware of the negative impact repair issues can have on tenants and landlords alike.
Louise Stoker – Accounts Administrator
Louise joined us almost six years ago as Lettings Administrator. With a methodical approach and eye for detail, Louise now takes full responsibility for the Chester & Crewe rent collection, landlord payments, client account deposits and payment of contractor invoices; she also deputises for Jackie in her Nantwich accounts role. In a supporting role for Chester, Louise also manages their gas safety check and tenancy renewal routines.
