The Directors

Gary Williams – Managing Director

Gary oversees the entire business, and is mostly involved in property accounts and business development. With a background in IT, he has almost finished writing a bespoke lettings-specific software program to gain an even tighter control over our business process and functionality. Gary enjoys leading a highly motivated, customer-orientated team and prides himself in creating exceptionally high standards and generating fantastic client feedback. He works with passion and determination and is a trusted advisor to our substantial landlord base.

Natalie Williams – Director

Natalie has an NFOPP Diploma in Residential Letting and Management and believes that a strong, knowledgeable team is the cornerstone of Temples’ success, placing professional development at the heart of the company. As well as having a keen interest in the legal aspects of residential lettings, Natalie is always seeking to enhance the customer’s experience, a recent project establishing an electronic signature system for new and renewal tenancy agreements, which has received a fantastic response from our tenants, preventing trips to the office to complete contracts.

The Property Lettings Team

Nicola Buckley – Lettings Manager

Nicola is responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing and lettings, carrying out landlord appointments, negotiating tenancy renewals and rent increases, and managing property accounts. Nicola is a highly successful and self-motivated individual, and has achieved an NFOPP Technical Award in Residential Letting and Management. Sophie Heaton – Marketing Coordinator

Sophie’s flair in advertising, eye for detail, excellence in communication and dedicated photography mean that Temples’ property promotion is top notch, setting our properties way above their competition. Sophie gives regular detailed feedback to landlords of properties being marketed, guiding them on the right price and presentation to reduce the risk of void periods and maximise on their investment. Sophie also manages our Facebook and Twitter accounts to keep in touch with our customers and associates, and property alerts to our prospective tenant databases.

Helen Briggs – Lettings Negotiator

Having joined as Lettings Administrator 2½ years ago, Helen’s proactive and bubbly personality became apparent as making her ideal to carry out property viewings and negotiate lets on behalf of our landlords, resulting in a change of position in March 2012. Helen’s willingness to get stuck in to get the best deal for our clients, and her honesty in advising landlords on property or price changes required to avoid void periods, is a reflection of Temples’ core values. Helen proudly achieved the NFOPP Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Management in November 2012.

Together with Helen, Olivia is responsible for dealing with prospective tenant enquiries, qualifying leads, conducting viewings, and negotiating the best deals possible for landlords, securing tenancies subject to referencing and contract. Olivia is a personable, confident and enthusiastic addition to the lettings team.

Becca Shannon – Lettings Administrator

Becca’s highly organised and responsible nature is perfect for her role of carrying out credit checks and background referencing of prospective tenants, ensuring no detail is missed, registering tenants’ deposits, and putting together tenancy agreements and specially negotiated clauses to be uploaded to our electronic signature system.
