The National Approved Letting Scheme

We comply with the rigorous standards set by The National Approved Letting Scheme.  The Scheme offers peace of mind to landlords and tenants in knowing that they are dealing with a firm which agrees to meet defined standards of customer service, together with having in place the necessary insurances to protect clients’ money plus a customer complaints procedure offering independent redress.

The Tenancy Deposit Scheme

The Tenancy Deposit Scheme is designed to:

• protect deposits through the tenancy
• ensure the return of the deposit promptly at the end of the tenancy, where there is no dispute about the deposit
• where there is a dispute about the deposit at the end of the tenancy, ensure it is dealt with fairly and quickly by the Independent Case Examiner.

The Ombudsman Service

We are compliant with The Ombudsman Service.  The Scheme provides a free, fair and independent service for dealing with unresolved disputes between member agents and tenants and landlords of property in the UK.
