Temples Shortlisted for Best Letting Agent in the UK in the ESTAS 2012

March 24, 2012

Cheshire letting agent Temples has been shortlisted for Best Small Chain in the UK in the Estate & Letting Agent Awards 2012.  Temples Chester, Nantwich and Northwich offices have also been shortlisted as 3 of the Top 10 Letting Agents in the North West (South) Region of the Awards.

The Estate & Letting Agent Awards, better known as the ESTAS, sponsored by  Zoopla.co.uk in association with HomeLet, Endsleigh, Expert Agent & RICS, have announced their shortlist for 2012.  The ESTAS determine the best letting agents in the country through research carried out amongst landlords who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their agent.  A record 33,000 questionnaires were completed by customers during the competition.

Natalie Williams, owner of Temples Northwich said “We are thrilled to have been shortlisted for the ESTAS 2012 in both Best Letting Agent and Best Small Chain categories. It means so much to us as we know it’s our customers who have got us this far.  We have always been very proud of the personal service we provide and this result testifies to the hard work that our teams put into providing the best possible customer service on a day to day basis in everything they do.”

Roy Kitchen, MD of Temples Nantwich & Crewe, has seen the ESTAS experience from a different perspective. With daughter Natalie, Director, in Northwich and son Steven, Lettings Manager, in Nantwich, both very determined to lead their respective offices to exceed service expectations, Roy says “I have welcomed the focus that the ESTAS have brought to the businesses along with another episode in almost 30 years of sibling rivalry!  We are very proud of our achievement so far and want to thank all our landlords for rating our service.”

The regional and national winners will be announced by Phil Spencer, the TV Property expert, at the 9th annual ESTAS ceremony at the Hilton Park Lane on 20th April.  Phil says “I think it says a great deal about company who’s prepared to stand up and announce to customers and competitors that they believe in providing the best possible service and they’re happy to prove it.  These awards help agencies to focus on customer service levels and that’s why so many sign up each year”.

“Any agent that signs up for the ESTAS is making a public pledge that they are focused on providing the best possible service to their clients” says Simon Brown who runs the national scheme.  “So to be shortlisted is a great accolade for any agent.” Simon has congratulated Temples personally; “Temples has done extremely well indeed, especially in the chain category”.
